PMGR Holiday Party - 2023

Date: Sunday December 3 from 2-5 pm

Location: Carbonara Trattoria, 5499 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Dunwoody 30338

Cost:  PMGR is covering 50% of the full cost of the meals.  Therefore, prices are $35/member or member’s spouse.  $70 for non-members.

Click on the "Registration Form" (On the left under the credit card icons).

While Registering, choose an "Entree" for each person attending.

Here is the complete list of the menu choices, but you will only select your "Entree" during registration:

Appetizers:

• Bruschetta
• Fried Green potatoes
• Caprese Salad

Salad:

• Caesar
• Tricolore

Entrees:

• 1.  4 ozs Filet (Baby carrots and au gratin potatoes)
• 2.  Grilled salmon (roasted red pepper risotto)
• 3.  Chicken Parmesan (capellini marinara sauce)
• 4.   Penne Al’ Arabiatta (vegan)

Dessert:

• Chocolate temptation
• Pistachio and/or Coconut gelato

Drinks:  Soft drinks, coffee, & tea

Payment Options:

1. Pay online with a credit card as part of the registration.

2.  PayPal:  Go to your PayPal account, select "Pay and Get Paid", enter this email: treasurer@peachtreemg.com Then enter what the payment is for in the Memo block. 

3.  To pay by check, make it out to PMGR and mail to the following address. Payable to PMGR with "Holiday Party" in the Memo space.  Send checks to:
